Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item starting from the date it was received. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused or sealed and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only accepted from the individuals who purchased the item(s).

You will need to bear the return shipping expenses for the item(s) you purchased and wish to return. The return shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any potential Customs fees or charges.

We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from your submission of an incorrect delivery address. You will be liable for the return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Not providing a complete delivery address may lead to delays in the delivery of your package or could result in the package being lost.

Refunds

Upon receiving your item, we will promptly inform you via e-mail regarding the status of your refund after we have inspected the item(s). If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit or debit card (or the original payment method used). The credit will be reflected in your account within a specific number of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
